Whether you are looking for one-to-one counselling, informal drop-in support, or a shared space where you do not have to carry things alone, we offer flexible options shaped around what you need.

Our approach is trauma-informed and rooted in empathy and respect. We take time to listen, move at your pace, and support you in a way that feels right for you. You do not need a diagnosis or a clear plan, just a willingness to reach out.

At Stable Minds, adults are supported as people first. You will be met with care, understanding and a genuine belief that your experiences matter.

Calm Support Environment

Drop-in Sessions

No appointment needed. Come have a tea and a chat in a relaxed environment. Monday-Friday 9am-12pm.

1-to-1 Counselling

Confidential sessions with experienced counsellors to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.

Support Groups

Regular meetups for men, women, and specific needs, fostering connection and shared understanding.

Mindfulness Workshops
