A safe, playful, and understanding space for ages 3 - 18.
We understand that children and young people experience the world in their own way and that emotions are not always easy to put into words. Our dedicated Children's Centre offers a safe, welcoming environment where young people can express themselves freely and feel understood.
Support is gentle, trauma-informed and led at the child's pace. We use play, creativity and conversation to help children and young people explore their feelings, build emotional understanding and develop confidence over time.
From play-based therapy to creative and group sessions, every service is designed to support emotional wellbeing and resilience in a space that feels safe, supportive and child-friendly. We work closely with families where appropriate, ensuring children feel held and supported both inside and outside of sessions.
At Stable Minds, children and young people are met with care, patience and respect, just as they are.
For our younger visitors (ages 3+), we use play as a primary way to communicate and process feelings in our dedicated therapy suite.
Tailored support for teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate school, relationships, and anxiety.
Art, music, and drama sessions that build confidence and social skills in a fun group setting.
Guidance and counselling for parents and guardians to help support the whole family unit.
