There needs to be change.
Our mental health hub has been set up to help relieve some of the strain on the NHS, by providing support groups for:

Mindfulness
Highly trained therapists, counsellors, and psychotherapists are on hand to facilitate day workshops and classes open to the Knutsford community.
Additionally, we offer a range of care packages containing goods that promote wellbeing for clients and family members who are experiencing a crisis.
